Grow HR is a boutique talent acquisition agency specializing in Executive search and consulting services in Asia Pacific. They work with well-known global brands all over the world to place mid-to executive professionals in leading positions.

Grow HR wanted to showcase their unique capability to leverage big data and small data with a personal touch in the recruiting process, so we turned to LinkedIn — as one of the only platforms used both inside and out of China it provided Grow HR with the appropriate podium to share their voice.

We worked with Grow HR to develop regular content for their Company LinkedIn page. As with all social media platforms, we closely tracked performance each month, monitoring the types of content that performed best across a variety of metrics. 

After several months we were able to clearly identify a winning formula, and once implemented, we saw follower growth rate increase by 166% that month alone.
